Fresh Tasmanian Pacific oysters with shallot vinegar and lemon
Baked scallops in the half shell with garlic, orange & parsley butter
Classic style Caesar salad with house made dressing
Calamari spiced & crispy fried with rocket and roasted garlic dressing
Penne amatriciana (chili, pancetta & tomato)
Gnocchi bolognaise (veal, tomato, basil & garlic)
Linguine with grilled pumpkin pesto, pine nuts & rocket

Roast Scotch fillet with caramelized onion and red wine sauce
Roasted aged rump with mustard crust and mushrooms

  • A Minimum of 20 people for set menus.
  • A Deposit of $250.00 is required at time of reservation being made.
  • Confirmation of the minimum number of guests is 5 days prior to the function.
  • The Confirmed numbers is the minimum charge for food.
  • For the exclusive use of the Star Hotel Dining room minimum charges apply.
